50gmc253 Wow what an intense and powerful masterpiece! The most amazing thing I’ve heard since Stars Lights the End was released. Favorite track: Spirals.

Kris Aroo Has to be my top dnb release as of 2017 so far. The album is very well produced and detail oriented, with a fluid blend of moody, atmospheric textures, high octane drums, and heavily distorted bass warbles. Huge respect to Medium and everyone else who helped birth this beauty. And don't think I didn't catch you in there End.user, you damn genius. Favorite track: Deadfall.

about

Evoluton of the Universe is one of the strongest drum & bass albums we've heard here in our 16 years at Ohm Resistance. A complete technical, neuro-audiological masterpiece that will continue to resonate for years to come. From the epic, trance laden opening of the title track, to the huge bandwidth of the reese in Crisis, to the melodic stunner collaboration track Grimoire (with Ohm Resistance founder Submerged and breakcore legend End.user), Medium have skillfully concocted
an album that hits all the pleasure spots for drum & bass – modern production technique, sharp edged grooves, energetic pitched drums, and a razor blade swath of synthetics. The uniqueness of the album lies in Medium's ability to conjure video game atmospheres backed with ethereal, beautiful melodies – and then destroy them with viper synthesizers, distortions, and both half time and full speed beats – and then again combine the lot of the elements for a new, mutant drum & bass.
